Justine Hedge is our digital marketing director at Cassandra Bryan Design, where she manages our various digital marketing accounts, tailoring each strategy to drive converting traffic to our clients’ websites through content generation, online marketing, and social media. She joined our creative digital agency nine years ago in November of 2013 and has become a cornerstone of our cb{d} team. Learn more about Justine through a quick game of 10 Questions below!

What is your favorite thing about working at cb{d}?

I have to pick one? I definitely love the team. It’s rare to find a place like this.
What is your proudest work moment?

Anytime we gear up for a new monthly marketing account. It’s fun and fast-paced, and we get to work together and collaborate in an exciting way!
Do you have a favorite work memory?

Definitely the first camp (a weekend team-building getaway). We had such a fun weekend and got super close. So many good memories came from that camp and the subsequent ones!
What fuels your workday?

I need coffee…probably too much. I love my Spotify account and crave new music constantly. Then after lunch, I need more caffeine and probably a protein shake so I can get through my workout after work!
What is the best compliment you have ever received?

It’s always about my hair—it’s a rather majestic mane.
Who are your top artists on Spotify or Apple Music?

Spotify, all the way! My music is all over the place: Fleetwood Mac, Desire, music from the Peanuts movies, New Constellations, Freur, lo-fi…
What would be the title of your autobiography?

Big Things Come In Small Packages (a coming-of-age tale about always being underestimated).
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was little I wanted to be a veterinarian. Now, I would prefer to be a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills. Basically, I want to be friends with Andy Cohen.
Do you have any pets?

I have two dogs; Cake, a Chihuahua Italian Greyhound mix, and Hicks, who we affectionately call the White Devil or Shikaka, a Chihuahua who is surprisingly super sweet once you get to know him.
What is your go-to GIF?

I lean on Schitt’s Creek GIFs for most reactions. I find myself quoting the show a lot and have re-watched the series more times than I would like to admit!
