PressWichita Business Journal Covers Our Move
Published on October 14, 2015, the Wichita Business Journal, Josh Heck wrote the following on our recent move to the CorTen Building at Douglas & Market. You can see the original article on the Wichita Business Journal’s site.
Cassandra Bryan Design moves into larger downtown office
Cassandra Bryan has a knack for being the first tenant in a newly renovated downtown building. She relocated her business, Cassandra Bryan Design, and opened Friday in a 3,400-square-foot space in the two-story building Robert Eyster is developing at 100 S. Market.
Cassandra, whose business centers on branding and website design, is the first tenant in the 20,000-square-foot building, which was previously vacant. She moved from the Zelman Lofts building at northeast corner of Douglas and St. Francis, where she was the first tenant in 2012. She occupied 1,000 square feet in that building, which Eyster also owns.
“We were outgrowing our space,” Bryan says.
She says being the first tenant at the South Market building allowed her to pick the layout of her space.
Cassandra started the business six years ago in the basement of her home. Two years later, she moved to Zelman Lofts. Her business continues to grow and now employs eight people.
Being part of the downtown revitalization was the biggest draw for locating in the city’s core, Cassandra says. The central location is another perk.
