One of the key takeaways from an innovation workshop the Cassandra Bryan Design team recently attended was to have collaboration sessions rather than “presentations.” Formal presentations often involve physical barriers (e.g. the client on one side of a conference room table and your team on the other).
When it came time recently to show our clients from Callcap the design layouts for their new website, we took the opportunity to take them on a “journey” around our space rather than sit in our conference room and review all the layouts on a big monitor.
