The SyteLine User Network is a liaison between Infor and the End-Users. We as users must collaborate to improve the people, process, and procedures around SyteLine, Infor CloudSuite & Infor Service Management. The user group is and will remain focused to that goal for each and every member.
The Syteline User Network (SUN) selected Cassandra Bryan Design to help update their image through a new brand and to create a fully customized membership website. Requirements of the membership website included a custom member directory that would allow users to research other members through an interactive location-based map and advanced search filtering options.
In order to thoroughly research website usability, our team has attended two annual SUN conferences, allowing us to interview members regarding website functionality. We have continued to provide support and feature enhancements to ensure the website evolves with their growing membership base, which nearly doubled within the first year of the launching the new website.
