The KPS practice is growing, and they came to us for a new website to reflect all that they offer.
KPS has evolved from one plastic surgeon to a combined plastic surgery practice and med spa with a team of physicians. We began by updating the navigation and all content to reflect this change.
Like many established websites with substantial content, the pages had become inconsistent over time. We standardized the procedure pages into easy-to-follow, well-structured layouts, delivering helpful information to patients and search engines alike. New “sticky” consultation request forms make it easy for prospective patients to reach out.
The messaging got a makeover, too. KPS shared with us that most people are intimidated by the prospect of seeking cosmetic care, and they meet that trepidation with kindness. We centered the new messaging on empowerment, comfort and confidence.
The design takes up that theme with beautiful images and an uplifting feel. The color palette is sophisticated and spa-like, but welcoming — not sterile or stuffy. Overall, it conveys quality of care and a premium experience, as well as warmth and approachability.
