The Belin Foundation is a private 501(c)(3) grantmaking foundation supported by the Belin Family Trust. It is the legacy of Oscar F. and Alta “Susie” Belin, proud Kansans dedicated to helping others achieve fulfilling lives of joy and opportunity. Since its founding in 2003, the Foundation has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants for education, social services and community development projects.
Like the logo, the website design evokes Oscar and Susie’s rural Kansas roots with an organic color palette and subtle curved accents. Clear typography and clean layouts ensure the website appears both sophisticated and homelike. Flexible content blocks make site updates seamless.
In telling Oscar and Susie’s story, we wanted site visitors to get to know them as people, not just founders. We were privileged to interview friends and family members of the Belins, who shared precious memories and anecdotes that we wove into their philanthropic history. A dynamic grant application form, supported by funding guidelines and FAQ pages, takes the Foundation’s application process online.
